I’m a licensed plumber and registered builder with decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. For many years, our work has been focused across Melbourne, delivering high-quality plumbing services for homes and renovation projects.
We’re now proudly extending that same level of workmanship, professionalism, and care to Geelong and the Surf Coast — bringing proven experience, clear communication, and quality plumbing done properly, without shortcuts or guesswork.

Do you charge a call out fee?
We do not charge a call out fee. We do have a minimum charge of $220 plus GST if you are unsure of your issue and need a diagnostic visit. Use of camera or sewer jetter will be charged seperately if needed.
Are you licensed and insured? Can you supply a compliance certificate?
Yes. All plumbing work is carried out by fully licensed and insured tradespeople and completed in accordance with current Australian Standards. Compliance and safety are non-negotiable for us.

Do you do emergency work?
Yes. We understand that plumbing issues don’t always happen at convenient times. If you have an urgent issue, contact us and we’ll advise on the best course of action.
Do you provide quotes and upfront pricing?
We do. Once the issue has been assessed, we explain what needs to be done and provide clear pricing before work begins. We don’t proceed without your approval.
Will you try to upsell unnecessary work?
No. Our approach is based on honest advice. If something doesn’t need replacing or repairing, we’ll tell you. We focus on practical, long-term solutions — not sales targets.
What type of plumbing work do you specialise in?
We specialise in plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work — including leaks, blocked drains, hot water systems, toilets, and general plumbing issues in homes and small businesses.
Are you able to do gas safety checks for rental properties?
No. You can find a plumber who holds a specialised class Type A Gas Appliance Servicing licence at the Building and Plumbing Commission website

What should I do before calling a plumber in an emergency?
If it’s safe to do so, turn off the water or gas supply at the mains to minimise damage. Then contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Will you install plumbing fittings that I supply?
In most cases we won't. To protect quality, compliance, and warranties, we only install plumbing fittings and materials that we supply, approve and ensure meet the Australian Standards.
Do you provide a guarantee or warranty?
Yes. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and complete all plumbing work in accordance with current Australian Standards.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply to products and fittings that we supply and install. For this reason, we’re unable to provide warranty coverage for customer-supplied materials or fittings, or for work that has been altered by others.
